"Wonderful"
One of the oldest & iconic property in dubai. The property still getting maintained with its original legacy, exceptional service from staff reflecting the top quality training each one must have received. Kudos to the management. The Suhoor (Ramadan) food they served to the room, again was exceptional, truly delighted with the delivery staff explaining each item. A unique feeling

Very horrible staff. Just account issues. They called dubai police. Whole night of 16 March and all day of 17 disturbed me. Unnecessary I have to go to jabiel ali police station jai for 3 nights and 4 days.they charged me extra for one day. And I pid from 17 to 24 March 2024. But they didn't let me stay. I need my refund back for these days. Immediately and strong action on staff who misbehaved and disturbed my piece money my reputation Please mail me update of my refund and action against these staff guys

The hotel is good, overlooking the port, and very close to the old market and the gold market. You can go there on foot if the weather is good, The room size is very suitable, and the workers are very welcoming.

From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of my room, as well as the stunning views from the window. The attention to detail in the room and throughout the hotel was impeccable. I must also commend the outstanding dining experience I had during my stay. The breakfast and dinner options were excellent, and the service was top-notch. A special mention must be made for Mr. Nidhin, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure that my stay was nothing short of exceptional. His professionalism and hospitality truly set him apart as one of the best in the industry. Overall, my experience at Hyatt Regency Dubai was unforgettable, and I cannot wait to return in the future. Another wonderful stay in the Hyatt Regency Dubai (Deira). Reception and check-in staff are helpful and friendly and the check-in system is fast and efficient. Housekeeping is so well managed and staff looked after my room superbly. Breakfast was amazing with a great choice of dishes. The swimming pool and gym and changing rooms are perfect and well looked after. Overall a wonderful stay.
